The Fasano restaurant has since 1982 been renowned for its high Italian gastronomy and impeccable service, where restaurateur Gero Fasano’s personality and excellence join forces with chef Luca Gozzani. Designed by renowned Brazilian architects Isay Weinfeld and Marcio Kogan, the Fasano restaurant welcomes guests into an elegant environment. The wine cellar, overseen by the acclaimed sommelier Manoel Beato, features a variety of Châteaux, Barolos and Brunnellos collected during trips throughout the wine regions of Italy and France. The restaurant accommodates up to 80 guests and includes a private room that can seat up to 26 people.
